Who We Are

TORQMONT Auto Parts ("we", "us", "our") operates this website.

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you provide — name, email, company, phone, product line, product / OE reference, quantity, target market and message.

We also attach limited first-party source context to that inquiry: the first TORQMONT page path visited, the external referrer domain, UTM source / medium / campaign values, your analytics-consent status at submission, and a recognized AI referral platform where applicable. We do not retain the full referrer URL or unrelated URL parameters for inquiry attribution.

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to measure site usage and inquiry conversions. Analytics is off by default, and personal identifiers are not sent to the analytics service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and provide customer service and order follow-up. We use the limited source context to understand which TORQMONT pages and referral channels generate B2B inquiries. Where you have consented, we also use aggregated analytics to understand site usage. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Legal Basis

We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Analytics is processed on the basis of your consent.

Cookies & Consent

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. Inquiry source context is stored in the current browser session without analytics cookies and is sent to us only if you submit the inquiry form.

Sharing & Service Providers

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the site: Formspark to retain new inquiry records and send inquiry notifications, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the inquiry form from automated abuse, and Google Analytics subject to your consent. Historical inquiry records and notifications remain with the previous providers, Neon and Resend. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation. These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

Inquiry records and notification emails are retained for 24 months for customer-service and record-keeping purposes, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA or UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
