An OE or competitor number is a search starting point, not proof that a sensor will fit. Check the number source, complete vehicle application, installation position, connector and electrical specification against the exact proposed item before ordering.
Details That Can Change a Sensor Match
- Oxygen sensors — upstream or downstream position, connector and lead details.
- MAP and MAF sensors — vehicle, engine, connector and required signal specification.
