To source automotive filters for a distributor or private-label program, prepare one RFQ per reference. Compare the catalog result with the complete vehicle or equipment application and the quoted part specification. Keep the source URL or document and check date; resolve conflicts before sample approval. For replacement intervals, use the vehicle or equipment maker's application-specific service instructions.
Private Label and Packaging
State whether the RFQ requires neutral or private-label packaging. Provide available artwork, label requirements and the destination market, and ask which packaging options and MOQ apply to each reference. Retain the approved artwork with the sample and written quotation before ordering.
